On Site Services
Technical Engineering Services engineers work predominantly on site within
the food industry dealing with day to day tasks ranging from:-
- Ongoing repairs to equipment such as boilers, Bio-filters, pneumatic
plant and other essential systems
- Repair and maintain extruders, ovens, conveyors, and coolers
- Carry out inspections and daily readings of equipment
In addition to these services, we would deal with any breakdowns
and modifications which would be required to the plant and machinery.
Fabrication
Manufacture of steel structures, mezzanine floors, gantries,
access steps, platforms, walkways in either stainless or mild steel.
Preventative Maintenance Systems
After an initial on site survey and consultation we would recommend and
if required project manage a preventative maintenance system for your
plant and machinery. This could be done by either using our own higly
skilled engineers or utilising and working with your existing skilled workforce.
Additional Services
We also offer additonal services which include machining, galvanising, painting and refurbishing of customers equipment, along with sourcing of products from third parties on behalf of our customers.
Technical Engineering Services can also offer a service of project management which could include the handling of permits to work and carrying out risk assessments for the work required.
